We believe in promoting independence that will enhance people’s abilities and enhance their opportunity to be involved in decision-making about their own life. As an NDIS provider, Erma Care can help participants to achieve their goals and strengthen their capacity to live confidently in their community.

Disability Support Services & Programs

Community Participation

We provide assistance to access social and community activities such as attending appointments, shopping, public transport, training and bill paying.

Daily Living/Home Support

We provide assistance with activities of daily living such as personal hygiene, continence management, dressing, feeding and ambulating. Our home assistance is available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.

Support Coordination

Our support coordinator works with individuals to form a support plan to help them engage different support and understand their budget.

Development of Life Skills

Erma Care adopts a person-centred approach to develop individualised support plans that focus on our clients needs and wellbeing. We strongly believe in empowering our clients to learn and maintain skills for life and support our clients to live as independently as possible.

Home Care

We support you at home with a variety of common household tasks such as meal preparation, laundry, light house keeping and ofcouse, companionship which is more than just physical assistance. At Erma Care we can match you with the right staff who you will be able to talk to and that will listen to you.

Plan Management

At Erma Care we support you in managing your NDIS funds. Our plan management team will assist you with the financial tasks of your NDIS plan. We support your choices and assist with the administration of your NDIS plan, such as receiving and paying your invoices and assist you with NDIS related issues.
